Using TubiRate
Use the service lawfully, keep your account secure, and provide accurate account information. You remain responsible for activity performed through your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant TubiRate the permissions needed to host, process, display, distribute and promote that content through the service, subject to your visibility and embedding choices.
Platform safety
Do not upload unlawful content, impersonate others, manipulate engagement, evade enforcement, or interfere with platform security and operation.
Creator earnings
Eligibility does not guarantee earnings. Only revenue recorded by TubiRate accounting systems can become payable, and reversals may be applied to invalid, refunded or fraudulent revenue.
Changes and termination
Features and these terms may change. Material changes should be communicated through the product. Accounts or content may be restricted when required for safety, law or policy enforcement.
